Sam Shahram Anvari is a Professional Licensed Architect in both California and Italy. He earned his PH.D. at the prestigious Milan Polytechnic School of Architecture, and is a master at capturing the essence of space and transfiguring it by means of glass and steel, wood and stone, and developing his design to reflect what is inherent in the human soul.

Mo Ghiassi is CEO of TL Group (TLG) an architectural and engineering firm in southern California. Mr. Ghiassi has 43 years of engineering, land development and construction experience where he has been involved in the development and construction of numerous projects .
